My wife made some of this Sweet Apple Pie Quick bread to sample. Per the instructions you add either beer or club soda to the mix. We had no club soda, but had an old bottle of Amstel Light beer, and she used that. She added pecans and bananas to it as well. Mmmmmm... It's got a great flavor, and a truly "homemade" bread consistency. We all loved it! We're going to try the Sweet Cinnamon Quick Bread mix next!
