Shipping & ReturnsWe currently offer shipping via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS) only. We may choose to ship a flat-rate package by Fedex, however. VTstuff.com strives to ship all orders within 2 business days or less. Occasionally unforseen circumstances such as manufacturer backorder or the need to make a fresh batch of fudge may delay shipping. Please rest assured that all orders will be shipped as soon as possible by the shipping method of your choice. We only ship within the United States and Canada, except by special arrangements. Substitution Policy Due to the nature of items that we sell, occasionally the manufacturer of the product will discontinue an item, or the item may not be available any more. In this event, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value. If we can not ship a comparable item, we will contact you. Returns If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the "Contact Us" form, and we will give you an RMA number to attach to the package(s), and instructions for returning the items.
