I couldn't believe how quick and easy this was to make! I got some to do a "taste test" on it. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, add 1 1/2 cups of water to the mix, stir it up, pour it into the muffin tins or baking pan, and cook for about 20 minutes. It's THAT easy! And they taste GREAT, too! A little butter and you've got a delicious, quick little snack for the family.
One box made 8 "mini loaf" sized muffins (rectangular muffin, about twice the size of a cupcake).
