If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 30 days to obtain an RMA, and we will gladly refund your money for any unopened non-food items in original, resellable condition.

We're sorry, but food items are not returnable.

We will credit your method of payment as soon as we receive the merchandise back, and have checked it over.

Substitution Policy

Due to the nature of items that we sell, occasionally the manufacturer of the product will discontinue an item, or the item may not be available any more. In this event, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value. If we can not ship a comparable item, we will contact you.
